Indoor Environmental Screening
$99
A practical room-by-room screening for homeowners with indoor air, dust, humidity, moisture, comfort, or general environmental concerns.
Use this when you are not sure what type of testing you need. Using professional direct-reading instruments, we screen accessible areas of the home for environmental conditions that may warrant further investigation.
Includes
PM2.5 and PM10 particulate screening
Airborne particle-count screening and room-to-room comparison
Carbon dioxide (CO2) screening
Carbon monoxide (CO) screening
Temperature, relative humidity, and dew-point measurements
Non-invasive moisture screening of accessible building materials
Thermal imaging for temperature anomalies
Room-by-room observations of areas of concern
Photos and thermal images when relevant
Simple written screening report with measurements and notable findings
Clear recommendations when additional testing or a more specific assessment may be appropriate
Important: This is a screening service, not laboratory testing or a comprehensive mold, asbestos, HVAC, or indoor-air-quality assessment. Screening measurements do not identify specific particles, contaminants, mold, or asbestos. Findings are intended to help determine whether further investigation may be warranted.
