Testing for Suspect Materials
Asbestos testing is commonly used when one or more building materials need to be identified before they are disturbed. This may include old flooring, black mastic, ceiling texture, plaster, pipe insulation, siding, or other materials found in older homes and buildings.
Inside Diagnostics inspects the material, collects samples when appropriate, coordinates laboratory analysis, and provides written documentation based on the materials tested.

What the Report Includes
Reports may include material descriptions, sample locations, laboratory results, and notes related to the tested material or stated project scope.
Testing results apply only to the materials sampled and documented. They should not be interpreted as a whole-property clearance or a guarantee that other materials do not contain asbestos.

Our role is testing, sampling, laboratory coordination, and clear written documentation.

Do you remove asbestos?
No. Inside Diagnostics provides asbestos testing and written documentation only. We do not perform asbestos removal, abatement, demolition, or remediation.
